Magst du Mandalas? Ich finde diese geometrischen Muster sehr hübsch und kann mich beim Herstellen einfacher Objekt sehr gut entspannen. Somit wundert es euch sicherlich nicht, dass es heute eine Bastelidee mit einem Mandala gibt. Ein Mandala konzentriert sich auf ein Zentrum und ich habe ein wenig experimentiert, welche Muscheln ich ins Zentrum meines Muschelbildes legen möchte.
Zunächst einmal sortiere ich alle Muscheln und lege sie um mich herum. Ein spannender Moment die große Auswahl zu sehen. Dann lege ich verschiedene Muster auf das Brett, bis mir eine Form gefällt. Solange kein Kleister verwendet wird, kannst du die Objekte hin- und herschieben. Ab und zu stehe ich auf, um einen anderen Blickwinkel auf das Bild zu bekommen. Wenn ich mich für ein Muster entscheide, mache ich ein Handyfoto und nehme alle Muscheln wieder herunter. Bei diesem Bild habe ich den Rand zuerst mit viel Holzleim festgeklebt. Der Leim hat den Vorteil, dass er nicht sofort trocknet und sich die einzelnen Bestandteile lange verschieben lassen. Außerdem gibt der Leim nach dem Trocknen den Muscheln Stabilität und sie brechen nicht so leicht.
Ich finde, das fertige Bild passt hervorragend in den Garten als Sommerdekoration. In einer gemütlichen Sitzecke kann es an der Wand hängen und uns an die schönen Stunden am Meer erinnern. Konnten wir euch mit unserer Muschelsammelleidenschaft anstecken?
