Ursprünglich war die Uhr braun und ziemlich langweilig. Also schliffen wir sie ab, strichen sie vor und lackierten sie anschließend in weiß. Das Ziffernblatt schwärzten wir mit Ausnahme von dem äußeren Rand.
Den besonderen Touch gaben wir der Uhr, in dem wir sie beschrifteten und die seitlichen Ornamente grau absetzten.
Jetzt ist die Uhr fertig und passt fantastisch zum weißen Vintage-Stil. Das Uhrwerk ist noch original, aber es schlägt ziemlich laut. Wahrscheinlich werden wir es austauschen.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said „You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.“ She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
